initial membership (first year) is ONLY $29.95 per listing.
- Choose to be listed on either
our Retail or Wholesale
directory.
- Additional listings are $29.95
each for the first year.

Membership runs for one calendar year beginning July 1st.
- If
your membership has expired and was removed from the online
directory, choose this option.
- Also if you want to have a link from my web site to your web site, you are required to either:
- 1) Pay total of $49.95 without a return link OR
- 2) Pay a total of $39.95 AND give me a return link on the bottom of your main page to my web site. Link should be a text link on the words "Christmas Tree Farm Network" and the link should go to http://www.christmas-tree.com/real/

Renew a Current Listing
Use this option if you already have a
listing in our online directory, and would like to renew your annual
membership.
- Annual $19.95 membership
renewal fee covers
one change to your listing per year.
- If additional changes
are needed during the year, we charge a small administrative fee of $19.95.
- If
your membership has expired and was removed from the online
directory, choose "New Membership" above

Cancel Membership &
Delete Your Listing
If you have a listing on Captain
Jack's Christmas Tree Farm Network, and would like to remove it,
please complete the following online form. There is no charge to
cancel your membership or delete your listing.
