Hours: Opening day is the day after Thanksgiving. 9 a.m. until dark. Open every Friday there after from 1 p.m. until dark. Saturday and Sunday 9 a.m. until dark. Closed after the third week of December or we sell out.
Directions: Just minutes from Dallas, Rockwall and metroplex. Take I-30 east to the Caddo Mills exit #83, stay on the east service road, take the first right CR 2508. Farm just a little over a mile from interstate.  
Choose & Harvest: Virginia Pine
Pre-Harvested: Frazier Fir and Douglas Fir
Features: Gift Shop, Kids take a ride on the KaJiN Express Train or choose to play on the Jessie B. (gondola style boat docked at our farm), play Cabbage Ball New Orleans style softball (equipment provided) or your family and friends can choose to play volleyball.

Directions: Take I-35 south from Fort Worth 20 minutes. Take the Bethesda Road Exit west 1.5 miles. Mainstay Farm is on the right.

Directions: Located approximately 40 minutes east of Mesquite, Texas, off I-30. From Dallas: Take I-30 east to exit 77B (Royse City), take Hwy. 35 south 8 miles to Hwy. 276, take 276 east for 4 miles. Plantation is on the left.
Choose & Harvest: Virginia Pine, Leyland Cypress
Pre-Harvested: Fraser Fir, Blue Spruce, Douglas Fir
Features: Listen to Santa Claus sing carols to you...push his button. Hay rides, gift shop, Texas State Capitol ornaments available in the gift shop, children's play ball tent. Visit the "Reason for the Season" chapel. Sleigh pulled by a deer named "John." LGB train (Santa's) display for special events. Face painting, photo settings, picnic areas, food and drink available, garland ropes, Yule-stand system, tree wrapping, saws provided. Portable restrooms available.

Directions: IH35 to FM 2484 in Salado (exit #286). Proceed 2 miles west on FM 2484 to Sam-Neil Lane. Turn Right on Sam-Neil Lane, and follow signs 1/2 mile to farm headquarters.

Pre-Harvested: Fraser Fir
Features: Gift Shop, School Tours, Hand-made wreaths, free hayrides, tree wrapping, Picnic Area, Nature Walk, Free Popcorn, PlayHay, Cider, Hot Chocolate. Saws provided.
